These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AstroNode — the AI-powered astrology application at astronode.app and related mobile apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. AstroNode is published by Zyuga.ai and operated by Infodimension Technology Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using AstroNode, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

AstroNode offers astrology-based insights and charts, calendar and timing features, journaling, manifestation tools, games, meditation and audio content, and Luna, our AI-assisted guidance feature. Some features are available for free; others are part of AstroNode Pro, described below. Features may evolve as the product develops.

3. Not professional advice

Content in AstroNode — including charts, Luna's responses, and other AI-generated or astrological content — is for personal growth, reflection, and entertainment only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions that affect your health, finances, or legal rights.

4. Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your country) to use AstroNode.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, including if you sign in via Google or email/OTP.
• Information you provide, including birth date, birth time, and birth place, should be accurate to the best of your knowledge, as it is used to generate your charts and insights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Misrepresent Luna's or other AI outputs as human professional advice to others.
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.

6. AI features

Luna and other AI features may produce responses that are incomplete or inaccurate. You use AI features at your own discretion. We may log interactions to improve safety and quality, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

AstroNode, Zyuga.ai branding, software, design, and content are owned by the Company or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your journal entries, manifestations, and other user-generated content remain yours; you grant us a licence to host and process this content solely to provide and improve the service.

8. Subscriptions & payments

AstroNode offers an optional paid subscription, AstroNode Pro, which unlocks additional features such as deeper chart reports, extended Luna access, and premium calendar and journaling tools.

• Plans. AstroNode Pro is offered as a Monthly and/or Yearly subscription (for example, ₹299/month or ₹2,499/year), and may also be offered as a one-time lifetime purchase where available. Prices are shown to you in the app or app store before purchase and may vary by region or currency.
• Free trial. Where offered, AstroNode Pro includes a 7-day free trial. Your subscription begins, and you will be charged, at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Billing. Payments are processed by Apple and Google. We do not receive or store your full card or payment details.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play refund policies, and applicable Indian consumer protection law where it applies.
• Access. AstroNode Pro features remain available for as long as your subscription, trial, or lifetime purchase remains active. Access to Pro features ends if your subscription lapses or is cancelled, unless you hold a lifetime purchase.
• Apple's and Google's own store terms also apply to purchases made through their platforms, in addition to these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from astrological or manifestation practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AstroNode. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service, and cancel any subscription, at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and governing law) will survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where applicable.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
