These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AstroNode — the AI-powered astrology and manifestation application at astronode.app and related mobile apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. AstroNode is published by Zyuga.ai and operated by Infodimension Technology Private Limited("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using AstroNode, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

AstroNode offers astrology-based insights, journaling, manifestation tools, timing (muhurat), daily games, and AI-assisted features (including Samvaad and OpenClaw). Features may change as the product evolves during early access and launch.

3. Not professional advice

Content in AstroNode — including AI-generated text, horoscopes, charts, and timing suggestions — is for personal growth, reflection, and entertainment only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions that affect your health, finances, or legal rights.

4. Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your country).
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Information you provide (e.g. birth data) should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Misrepresent AI outputs as human professional advice to others.
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.

6. AI features

AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. You use AI features at your own discretion. We may log interactions to improve safety and quality, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

AstroNode, Zyuga.ai branding, software, design, and content are owned by the Company or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your journal and user-generated content remain yours; you grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the service.

8. Subscriptions & payments

Some features may be free; others may require payment in the future. Pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Refunds follow applicable app-store policies and Indian consumer law where they apply.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from astrological or manifestation practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AstroNode. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where applicable.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
