This Privacy Policy describes how AstroNode (the AI-powered astrology application available at astronode.app and on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store) collects, uses, and protects your information. AstroNode is published by Zyuga.ai and operated by Infodimension Technology Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Information we collect

• Account & identity data — name, email address, gender, and authentication identifiers, including when you sign in with Google or by email/OTP through our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Birth data — your birth date, birth time, and birth place. This is used to calculate your natal and transit charts and to generate personalised insights.
• User content — journal entries, manifestations, goals, bookmarks, meditation and audio activity, game activity and streaks, and your conversations with Luna, our AI guidance feature.
• Subscription & payment data — your plan type (e.g. Monthly, Yearly), subscription status, store transaction identifiers, and entitlement records provided to us via RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play. We do not receive or store your full card or payment details — billing is handled directly by Apple and Google.
• Device & technical data — device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and diagnostic/analytics data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. If you opt in to push notifications, we store a device push token to deliver them.
• Communications — messages you send to support or through in-app chat features.

3. How we use your information

• Generate astrological charts, timing insights, and personalised content based on your birth data.
• Power Luna, our AI-assisted guidance feature, and your journaling, manifestation, and calendar experience.
• Manage your AstroNode Pro subscription, including trial status, renewals, and entitlement access.
• Operate games, streaks, and product notifications you opt into.
• Improve the accuracy, safety, and performance of our models and services.
• Respond to support requests and comply with applicable law.

4. AI & automated processing

AstroNode uses artificial intelligence — including Luna — to interpret astrological data and provide conversational guidance. Outputs are generated automatically and are intended for personal reflection and entertainment; they are not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. We may log AI interactions to improve safety, accuracy, and quality. You may request human review of certain automated decisions where required by law.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate AstroNode, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, including:

• Clerk — authentication and identity management
• RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management
• Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing and billing
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — to run and store the service
• AI model providers — to power Luna and generate personalised insights

We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

6. International data transfers

Some of our service providers (including Clerk, RevenueCat, and Apple/Google) operate outside India, including in the United States. Where your information is processed outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected consistently with this Policy and applicable law.

7. Data retention & security

We retain account and content data while your account is active. Subscription and billing records may be retained for longer where needed to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or support obligations, even after account deletion. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards; no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your rights & data deletion

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@zyuga.ai to exercise these rights.

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email support@zyuga.aifrom the address linked to your account with the subject line "Data deletion request." We will verify your identity and delete or anonymise your data within approximately 30 days, except where we must retain certain records (such as billing or transaction records) for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Children

AstroNode is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children below this age.

10. Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, you can turn them off at any time in your device settings or in-app notification preferences.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
