• App usage data — journal entries, goals, manifestation notes, game scores, and interaction with AI features (e.g. Samvaad, OpenClaw).
• Technical data — device type, app version, IP address, and analytics needed to operate and improve the service.
• Communications — messages you send to support or through in-app chat features.

3. How we use your information

• Generate astrological charts, timing (muhurat), and personalised content.
• Power AI-assisted guidance, journaling context, and manifestation features.
• Operate daily games, streaks, and product notifications you opt into.

4. AI & automated processing

AstroNode uses artificial intelligence to interpret astrological data and provide conversational guidance. Outputs are for personal reflection and entertainment; they are not medical, legal, or financial advice. You may request human review of certain automated decisions where required by law.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery) under contract, or when required by law. Aggregated, non-identifying data may be used for product analytics.

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards; no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your rights & data deletion

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@zyuga.ai to exercise these rights.

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email support@zyuga.aifrom the address linked to your account with the subject line "Data deletion request." We will verify your identity and delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where we must retain certain records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Children

AstroNode is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
